We are very excited to share with you the following information regarding our Christmas performances this year. Please see the dates and times below for all year groups within each progression step:

Nursery Concert – Tiptoe Nativity

17th December at 9:30am Morning Nursery

17th December at 1:00pm Afternoon Nursery

Reception Concert – Happy Birthday Jesus!

9th December at 9:30am (Performance for Grandparents)

10th December at 9:30am (Performance for Parents)

PS2 (Year 1, 2 and 3) Concert – I’m Gonna Shine!

9th   December at 1:30pm (Performance for Grandparents)

10th December at 1:30pm (Performance for Parents)

11th December at 9:30am (Performance for Parents)

PS3 (Year 4, 5 and 6) Concert – The Joy of Christmas 

11th December at 1:30pm (Performance for Grandparents)

12^th December at 9.30 am (Performance for Parents)

12th December at 4:00pm (Performance for Parents)

There will be refreshments available to purchase during the Years 4, 5, 6, 4pm performance on Thursday 12^th December.

Initially families have been allocated 3 tickets per family for a performance/s of your choice; this is NOT a per performance allocation. The 3 ticket allocation allows families the opportunity to have an adult at each performance. As part of our fundraising, we are asking for a small contribution of £2 per ticket. Payment can be made via ParentPay following receipt of your ticket request.

Your allocation will be held for you until Monday 2^nd December, however days and dates will be allocated on a first come basis. Any spare tickets will be released for families to purchase on Tuesday 3^rd December, again on a first come basis. A new request form will be issued on Tuesday 3^rd December if tickets are available.

Where families have children in various progression steps, you will be allocated 3 tickets for each progression step. For example, if you have a child in year 2 and year 5, you will be allocated 3 tickets for years 2 performance and 3 tickets for year 5 performance as they are different shows.

If you have children within the same progression step, you will be allocated 3 tickets only. For example, if your children are in years 5 and 6, they are the same progression step, therefore the same show.

For us to allocate you tickets on the preferred days of your choice, please complete the slip below and return to the school office by Friday 22^nd November. We will try our best to accommodate your first choice where possible. Tickets will be released to family’s week commencing 25^th November, following payment on ParentPay.

Once you have been given your tickets, please ensure these are kept safe as you will need to present these when you attend the concert performance.
